Who we are

Somara Crafted / Veridoxa is an independent digital product shop. Contact us at somaracrafted@hotmail.com with questions about this policy or your data.

Information we collect

Email contact: If you contact us by email, we store your email address and message content so we can respond.

Link tracking (UTM parameters): Links from our social channels and blog posts may include UTM parameters that help us understand which content leads to visits to our Etsy or Shopify shop. These parameters do not contain personally identifiable information.

Technical logs: Our hosting and ecommerce providers may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, timestamp, and requested page, for operation, security, and troubleshooting.

Cookies and analytics: We currently do not use our own analytics or marketing cookies on the separate Somara Crafted content site. Shopify, Etsy, Pinterest, and other external services may use cookies under their own policies.

Pinterest integration: We use the Pinterest API to publish content to our own Pinterest Business account and to read aggregate performance data, such as impressions and clicks, for our own pins. We do not use this integration to collect personal data about individual Pinterest users.

External services

Purchases may be completed through Shopify or Etsy. We may also link to Pinterest and other third-party services. These services are independent and have their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use information only to respond to inquiries, operate and troubleshoot our websites and stores, publish our own marketing content, and understand which content performs well.
